I have a BBM 9900B that has been trying to bring it back to life after was dumped into swimming pool and done all the necessary steps. but, no luck so far. I'll need to have repair because of my data and information that is in it. please, tell me if there is anyway to bring it back.

What "necessary steps" have you taken?

Water is the biggest enemy of all electronics! Go to a repair shop to have a full examine. Good luck.

Unless you pulled the battery when this happened you may be out of luck.
Did you ever make a backup?

Cut your losses. Trash it and get a new one.
