I just changed my network and am recieving 'unlimited data' along with calls and texts. I no longer want BBM and Email so I don't want to pay £5 a month. But I cannot access the internet with the 'unlimited data' Why?

Because BlackBerry devices do not work like other smartphones. They need BlackBerry data plans.

Thanks for the quick reply. If I bought blackberry service's (data plans) for £5 would I need some data from my network provider. Because I remember when I had a BB Data plan it charged me for surfing the internet.

If you get the £10, £15, or £20 Goodybag tariff, simply tack on £3 to your top-up to properly use your BlackBerry.
