Default Featured App Alert

I keep receiving "featured app" alerts on my phone - they act like pop up windows & are really annoying (its like junkmail spam)... I should have the choice to/not to receive these - is there a way to turn this off?

Take a look at Featured app messages - BlackBerry Support Community Forums

Sounds like one of your apps is doing it. Solution may be in the app's permissions. Or else delete the offending app.
