I recently added the blackberry data plan for internet services. Internet and BBM were both working fine for about a day . Then all of a sudden they just stopped working. Data services are set to 'on' . I've done a battery pull 3 -4 times. still the situation is the same. They've also sent me the 'your handheld has been registered with the wireless network' whenever I register through the HRT. Any help ? Apologies for the long thread its been like this for 2 days now

Have you called the carrier to make sure the BB data plan is properly activated?

Are you in an area with a good signal?

Yeah it was properly activated as I was using it for a day before it cut off. And I 've never had signal issues before.

I agree with Dubdub. You need to talk to your carrier's customer service. I think you've done what you can do. You might resend service books one more time before you call.
