My Curve is now showing *no messages* in one of my email accounts. It just started so I know some button is hit wrong. Any ideas? The emails are still showing up on the combined general area but not in that email folder alone.

Try a battery pull - with the device ON, remove the battery for 30-60 seconds. Put the battery back in and let it reboot.

Have you somehow initiated a search on a nonexistant search term in that email address folder? Not sure how you would do that accidently, but that is all that comes to mind.

Nope searches going on. It is a gmail acct. if that rings any bells. I tried deleting the acct. and reinstalling but it still shows no messages.

Are you using a third party theme?

Not to be obtuse, but do you need the gmail account to be separate from your Messages application?

I am using a 3rd party theme but it has been on the phone for over a year now.

I like to have my accounts separate since I have several businesses and this helps me keep organized on who I need to respond to when.

Who knows? It won't hurt to switch to a default theme for a test. Consider deleting the third-party theme altogether as part of the test.

I think the next step is a security wipe. You've already tried removing the email account and adding it again.

If none of the above fix it, next step is reinstalling the OS.

As always, do a full backup before you start messing around.

Also, be aware that BlackBerrys do no synchronize old messages. If the account was inactive on your BlackBerry when those emails came in, and if they were opened on a computer, the BB servers will not pick them up as new and will not deliver them to your BlackBerry.
