Default BlackBerry 3G Problems

Please Login to Remove!

Im currently residing in South Africa and use the carrier Vodacom SA as my network carrier. My blackberry is having problems whereby I can not watch videos online as the downloading speed has seemed to have decreased over the month.

I think this is a result of it having an IP of the United Kingdom< is this ture or is there another fact?

(OS fully upadted and BIS active)

Does it show "edge" "EDGE" or "3G" at the top?

Vodacom is the problem, not the device. Please search the Internet about Vodacom 3G troubles.

@ Dubdub, my phone does show the "3G" with the BIS symbol next to the network. I can change to EDGE but that does not make any differance to the speed.

@ dc/dc, I really think that Vodacom is the problem here but they refuse to admit it, saying my phone is the problem. Think i need a change in network
