I have a BlackBerry Torch 9810, and last night i noticed the red light (flashes when you receive a message) was staying on, but no matter what i pushed the torch would not turn on. I have left the battery out over night, connected the charger, and to a computer. The red light come on for about 30 seconds,but the phone still wont turn on.

Have you let the battery run down past 20% on a regular basis (i.e. more than 5 times?). If so you might have damaged the battery. Try a new, OEM battery and see if that fixes it.

Agreed, you need a new battery. The 9810 likes a lot of power especially if it's not in a case to shut off the display.
