I have a Bold 9900 on 7.0. I had to wipe my email in order to connect to the outlook 2010 part of o365 that my company went to. I very carefully backed up my entire phone before doing this. Now I try to do a direct restore of my address book, and Blackberry desktop has it grayed out. How do I get my address book back in my phone?

Check with your company IT group. It may be a IT policy restriction.
Really no reason to restrict addresses unless they are considered company private
