curve 8250 bbm problem
 

my blackberry curve 8250 sends bbm's sometimes but i could be waiting hours for it to even say it has sent it . when it is waiting to send it has the red clock next to the message as well as this my facebook wont sign in on my phone i think this is to do with the same problem

Hmmmm. Oh well. First step is a hard reset. With the power on, remove the battery for 30 seconds.

It sounds like your BBM recipient is out of coverage or in a dead spot when you send him the message. That would account for the message taking so long to show as delivered.
