Default Change contact manager from MS Outlook?

Please Login to Remove!

I need help to change my contact syncing system with my Blackberry.

Currently, I'm using MS Outlook for email and as a contact manager. Each time I sync with my Blackberry 9650, the sync process duplicates contact entries on my Blackberry, or incorrectly deletes contacts.

I'm open to going away from MS Outlook; just need input on what would be best to go to. Also, what is my best progression of correcting contacts, so that I only have to fix things once?
