phone won't accept preset code
 

I use my phone to do automatic check ins with my company.

The code is comprised of the called phone number, the company ID, various other information, culminating with a programmed numerical response.

At any rate... the phone has worked beautifully for a few months, but last night it stopped sending the code when requested.

What could be wrong?

I forget... what key do I push to symbolize a pause?

Have you tried (as a first step) removing the battery and then putting it back in to reset the phone?

I believe the pause is a comma

Thought the phone was haunted.
