Default Blackberry Torch 9810 wifi prob

Hello,
I have a blackberry 9810 Torch which I am experiencing wifi connection problem with. It says connected to my wifi but when I try to browse for any page, it displays Unable to connect to the internet, please try later.

It was working fine since almost an year but now it shows such problem. So how do I need to fix it? Please reply asap.

Have you done a battery pull and resent service books (see the FAQ).

I tried by removing the battery and restarting the mobile. But was not at all useful. Problem remains the same. No service was done recently.

Try resetting your router. Then do a battery pull on the BB.

Make sure AT&T still has your BlackBerry Data Plan on your account and properly provisioned. Does email/BBM still work?

I have the same problem here.
It indicates connection to my house's wifi, but nothing works (browser, e-mail, facebook, twitter...)

I've been searching around here for a solution, and found out that there's no way to use wifi (that is supposed to be free) without an data plan. It that right? Doesn't it sound ridiculous?

You need a legit BlackBerry data plan on your account to get the WiFi service books. Then, and only then, is WiFi free and will not count against any monthly data allowance.
