Had a look round forums taking ages to find exactly what im looking for.

The mrs bought me a used blackberry 9300. Ive reset the phone etc. But I still recieve emails from whoever has had the phone previously. How do I stop this? I cant see any option on the phone and when I click on the setup it doesnt really do anything.

The emails im getting are quite personal as well which I dont really want to see.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Contact the seller/previous owner to have them cancel their Blackberry Data plan. Then do a security wipe of the device to remove all data.

Tried contacting the seller to no avail. Ive already done 2 security wipes as well. Was hopingt here was another way around it

Have you tried deleting the individual Service Books for the email addresse(es)?

Ok ive tried deleting all them then re-adding. Never thought of that.

Will let you know how it goes.
