Was this device used on AT&T and did email work then? If so, did you cancel your BIS account with AT&T before trying to set up on T-Mo?
I bought this phone of someone on craigslist and he had said that he was using with at&t before, so when I put my sim card in the phone it automaticly read it and it said t-mobile on top with edge on the right corner, so I'm guessing phone was already unlocked after that I called t-mobile changed my plan added the BIS to my services,I've added the services book's and all but I cannot set up email at all nor access the blackberry website everything else works good except making an email account I've tried email set up clicked on internet mail account and gives me an error message on the bis.tombile website ,also tried hot routing table and nothing.
