Default Temporary SRP Key

Can some please advise on how i can get a temporary SRP key? I have just built a new BES server because we will be buying more BB devices. Our current server will not be able to handle the load if we add the new devices. I have contacted RIM but the operators could not put me through to the department that can deal with my query.
