can someone please advice me on my blackberry torch.the phone is working properly,i just have a problem all of a sudden that my tuchscreen dont want to work on my torch 9810..and this happened straight after i updated my blackberry software to os7.1.is it the problem with the software or my phone?

If you updated the OS then this happened I would suggest reverting to the older OS.
Vodacom shows Software v7.1.0.1149 is available for the 9810. It also could be an interaction with any apps you added. Again I would try going back to the OS you had.

7.0 is also available on their update site or from RIM.
