I didn`t receive any alerts and the gprs is still, i did a battery pull and registered the hrt & didn`t work?
I`ve already paid for a month`s pay as you go booster about a week ago so i don`t think i need to buy another one for now, HELP!!

Make sure the pay as you go is specifically for BlackBerry data.

When I bought the phone, I called the operator & they registered the phone and they put me on the blackberry data service, I think the problem might be that they gave me free 500mb each month if i top up £10 and i think it messes up the incoming alerts and internet from working each time....So what to do?

P.S. I topped up £5 on friday 7th and i woke up this morning and it never worked, i did a battery pull and it still isn't working?????

Call your provider.

Yeah I did today and they reinbursed the credit on my phone & assured me that this bbm booster will last for 30days.
