Exclamation HELP! My blackberry won't start!

Please Login to Remove!

So basically last night my phone was on a low battery so I plugged it into my laptop to charge. It charged up like normal for awhile but then I put an update to BBapp world on my phone.

When it restarted it wouldn't turn on again. I removed the battery but that didn't work. So I unplugged it from my laptop and used the wall charger. The red light would then come on, flash about three times then stop for a minute before flashing again.

I left it on charge with it doing this all night but it still won't turn on!

Please help! What do I do?

Sounds like a damaged battery. Try a new one, but get one for the device, not a cheap eBay knock off.

Could also be caused by an incompatible app or corrupt file download.

If not the battery try to see if phone is recognised in Desk top Manager and reinstall OS. You will lose all data however unless you backup recently
