restore bb contacts

I backed up my blackberry bold 9790 in august. This phone was stolen 3 days ago and i just got another phone today. How do i restore my blackberry contacts to this new one. Considering that I don't have the other phone anymore.

If u registered with blackberry.com, just go to ur laptop and assess ur account then do anything u want there
