Please Login to Remove! Team, Can some one assist here? I have one user on BES 5.0.3 along with Exchange 2010 SP2. He is facing an issue on the device. When synchronising address book contact, the device keeps freezing intermittently for 5 secs sometimes 10 secs. I did the below troubleshooting with no success. - Hard reset. - Wipe device. - Reactivate. - Turned off the Wireless contact sync on the device, restore address book on though desktop software. Can some one assist me please?
