Please Login to Remove!

I'm using BB 9900. When abroad, my device connected to wifi. I can browsing but cant bbm or sending/receiving email. When I check the Service status: BIS not connected. Meanwhile my friend can send/receive bbm using wifi. Anyone can help me? Thanks a lot.
