Default Blackberry Protect Icon not found

Please Login to Remove!

I have a 8520 curve and had to delete it as it was not working but now I cannot re install it. Firstly I can see it in my application core under the options menu but there is no icon for it. There is an icon but it is to download it when I try it asks me if I want to replace it I say yes it starts loading then says failed and gives an error - 907 Invalid COD
HTTP Error 404: Not Found. When I go to app world and try down load it there it does not show in my installed or uninstalled apps and it does not give me the option to install from app world either. Please help
