Unable to connect to my office mail server

The company I work for has changed there mail server , and I am no longer able to connect.

I am unable to setup a new mail account on my Blackberry of access the webmail version of our mail server.

I can access the webmail server from a laptop if I agree to the certificate error

Is it possible that the certificate error is blocking the black berry from being able to create the mai account.

This is the mail server

/23.25.4.105/webmail

Thanks

the cert will not work with a number IP, you need to use the Fully Qualified Domain Name on the cert it self

Re: Unable to connect to my office mail server

the actual address is webmail.phx-sys.com and that is where I get the websites cert error.

What other options are there

look at the cert and see if it is still valid, they do expire

Re: Unable to connect to my office mail server

Would that cause the BB to be unable to connect ???

why can I accept the cert on a laptop and not on my BB

I believe the issue here is that it is a self-signed certificate. You may have to manually add the certificate to the Trusted Key Store on the device.
