Default memory card error

Please Login to Remove!

i have a 9780. phone was connected to my pc, i removed it without "removing safely" from the pc. my phone now displays the following message: a media card has been inserted that contains errors. do you wish to repair the media card now.

what do i do now? and if i say yes to repair, will i lose all my data??

Connect your BB to PC ( Mass storege mode when connected set to "YES" ).Take a backup ( pictures,videos.songs etc..) from the media card and save into your pc.Disconnect your BB and format your media card and restore saved files.
