Default 9810 handset exchange - media card not recognized

Please Login to Remove!

After exchanging my 9810 through my network provider for an identical model I have successfully restored all the settings using the Desktop manager but when inserting the media card which has over 1000 pictures and video on it it the handset asks to format it. Thankfully I have 97% of the content backed up but not the last couple of weeks worth of content.

The media card isn't seen when the handset is plugged into the PC even though hidden folders is checked in the properties box.

Any suggestions to restore the content which must still be on the card?

the media card was encrypted and unless you have the old BB and copy from it to the PC you dont have any options.
It's a security function in the even the card is removed or stolen.
