9360 microphone problem
 

i bought a brand new unlocked 9360 from cex.

the phone works except you cannot hear any conversation from the 9360 unless you shout and then the quality is poor.

however when recording video its fine.

cex think its a software problem. using bbm manager i reinstalled ... but its still the same

any ideas ? thanks for looking..(y)(y)

It is hardware. Exchange it.
