I have a Bold 9900 operating in a BIS configuration. When I sync my phone none of my contacts come over from Outlook. I have looked at Default Services and the email address listed in the Contact List (SYNC) is my gmail email address and not my Outlook email address. When I click on the drop-down list it does not give me any options other than my gmail account. The other drop-downs for Calendar and Messaging are showing the correct email address. I have tried resetting the device and I also tried deleting the email address but nothing I have tried so far has worked. Anyone have any ideas?

Outlook only does a wireless sync if the service uses Outlook for contact lists. Normally the BES corporate servers do this and some BES commercial providers. You can try copying the contacts to Google Gmail or do a wired sync using Desktop Manager from your PC.
