I was having blackberry Id tech issue. Can rebooting too much be fatal

No.
Not sure why you rebooted 8 times for a BlackBerry ID problem, but it won't hurt it.

Now that your using english, a bit more detail on the problem besides rebooting because you had problems with BB ID may be helpful.
