Default Problem setting up e-mail on Torch 9800

Please Login to Remove!

I recently changed mobile networks back to my original provider and put my old SIM back into my unlocked Blackberry Torch 9800.

My Blackberry Messenger works perfectly as does my Internet access and all my apps like Twitter etc., but I cannot set up my e-mails.

When I go into the E-mail setup it lists all the e-mail addresses I used to use when I was on this network before (which I still wish to use) and asks me to verify the password for each e-mail account.

When I do this I get the message "Sorry, unable to continue your session. Please log in again"

I have deleted all the Service Books that will delete and re-registered the Blackberry onto the Blackberry network but still no luck.

Any suggestions please?

Have you checked with O2 that they have you on the correct BlackBerry plan?

Yes I have. The SIM that I have switched back to worked with the same Blackberry previously perfectly. The Blackberry plan is still in place on that SIM and hasn't changed. I've just brought it back into use.

Have you resent service books? You might need to call the carrier to make sure it is properly activated.

Yes I have re-sent the service books by deleting them in the service book list (the ones that will delete) and re-registering the device. I'm not given the option to re-send the service books for the individual e-mail accounts.
