helloa few months ago my blackberry fell into the toilet i got it back and sent it to be repaired they repaired it but a the day a got it back i couldnt charge it. it says the electricity source im using cannot charge it then in went off. i bought a universal battery charger and left it charging for a very long time and it still doesnt turn on. when i plug in the the charger the LEd light turns on but the phone doesnt charge. What do i do?

Perhaps you should invest in a genuine BlackBerry charger. It is also possible the battery is shot and has to be replaced. Only buy genuine OEM BB batteries.

Frankly dropping a BB in the toilet is often the end of the device. They may repair one part, but others were contaminated and corrosion happens over time. You should probably consider a new phone.

If you know anyone with the same blackberry, ask if you can borrow their battery just to test to see if your battery is dead. If it charges, then just get a new battery.

Unfortunately, it is very possible that your BB has damaged components that were not repaired. It is also possible that your battery has failed.
