Default problem with AppWorld in the UK

Hi

New to this but would be grateful if anyone has a solution.

I have a BB Tour 9630 which was on a Verizon contract when I was based in the US. Have now moved back to the UK and run the phone on a Virgin Mobile contract. Works fine BUT however I install AppWorld on the phone I always end up with the US version. All priced in dollars and not the apps I want anyway. It seems the phone won't accept it's in the UK. Any ideas anyone. Thanks. WOJA.

It will never accept that it's in the UK unfortunately. App World is basing off the device's MEID since it was a CDMA device originally, not the SIM card.
