Hello,
My BB has a problem with the headphone set.When i try to listen to music,i plug-in the headphones but only the right one is working.But,if I move the jack and the wire in a certain position,the left one starts working.It wasn't such a big problem,till now when the left one has stoped working.
Oh,btw,when I'm listening to music the "Voice Comand" starts bt itself,without me touching the button.
It would be nice if you could help me.

I guess you don't have a solution for my problem,don't you?

Either the headset has a broken wire/solder joint or the BB has a bad headphone jack.

If the headset works on another phone or MP3 player then bring the BB to a service center.

My guess is the headphone jack is bad. I've had that happen before.

Others had no problem understanding the OP's question.

They do work on my spearkers,so i guess that's my phone's fault.I went to Orange Romania,and they told me they can't help me 'cause it's "my fault" for wrecking it.I can't see how i could do that...anyways,thank you for your message.

As a last resort try plugging and unplugging the headphone plug multiple times to see if that might have an effect. You should also try blowing in canned air in case there is a piece of lint or something interferring with a solid connection.

Also, sales reps are trained by default to tell you no, or that the problem is not their fault. If you truly think there's an issue with the device, don't let them stop you. Talk to the manager, or his manager if you have to.
