Unable to set up e mail service
New to all this and not much of a tech person so forgive the simple questions. I have been given a new BB 9900 which was bought as a SIM free option, and the business has transferred its service from O2 to Vodafone. Have inserted the SIM card and phone service works but cannot get the e mail to sync with the BES server have tried the options/ device/advanced options/host routing table - which tells me there are no entries. Have selected the menu button to register now and get the registration message is queued this has been the position for the last 6 hours and still no mail has been received
Can anyone out there help me (and a bunch of other employees)
should also say that we have entered e mail addresses and activation passwords and still no luck

You need to make sure that you have the correct BlackBerry specific data plan on your account. Contact Vodafone please.
