8520 Curve Problem

Hi, I need help! My 8520 has been broken for the past two days. The screen crashed and wouldn't unlock, so i did the battery pull, only to find that when it reloaded, the only thing that works is that when i touch the scroll bar, the Unlock/Emergancy/Cancel menu comes up. This is the only thing that works when pressed. Somebody please help! I've tried everything i can think of. Thanks.

Sounds like it was damaged somehow. If possible, do a backup via desktop manager and consider replacing it with a new unit. You can restore your data to the new device via desktop manager provided the backup of your damaged BlackBerry works.
