I was sent a replacement Torch from T-Mobile on Friday, since then I cannot get my Torch to be set up again with my Laptop. It shows that the Peripheral device is missing. The driver will not installed or its missing. Can anyone help me get back onto my laptop?

Delete the device pairing and re-pair with the new device.

I tried doing that and for some reason it did not load my driver successfully causing it to only work one sided, I can send from my pc to my phone but it failed when I try to send it from my phone to the PC.

Can you manually load the drivers?

I followed an instructions on another site that tells you to go to the device manager then to where the problem is yellow exclamation and to update driver select from the pc itself and select port plust RIM Virtual and its not working still
