My 9530 Storm won't connect to Consumer Cellular even though it appears to be unlocked. It was formerly from Verizon. Thanks

It will never work properly on Consumer Cellular as they do not support BlackBerry.

If all you need is cell calling then it may be wise to call Consumer C to verify you have a working service plan. As dc/dc said beyond the real basic stuff nothing else should/will work. Carriers who support the Blackberry generally have a BIS server to support the standard blackberry data service. Nothing on the CC site indicates they support any enhanced services for most "smart " phones
