Angry Lock

Please Login to Remove!
Hi all i downloaded a theme on to my phone and now i cant get passed the locked stage, i cant unlock my phone or do anything on it, i have tried resetting it but the lock icon is still there and i cant do anything to get into my phone, please help!!
