So I rebooted my phone last night and now it stuck at the e on blackberry. So I tried switching batteries and memory cards, leavings it the blackberry and putting it back in, leaving it for an hour with it in and out but it's still stuck. The USB port/charge port on my blackberry is completely snapped off so their is no way i can connect it to a computer or laptop. Whenever I charge it I put it I take out the battery and charge it separately. So I'm not sure what to do ... Help anyone? Sorry if this is the wrong place or anything like that I'm new here...

I would buy a new device. The 8500 series was one of the worst BlackBerry device series ever, and there is no real point in trying to keep one alive.

Ok so yesterday my 8250 asked for a blackberry world update&i let it. then it said for a reboot and i did one. Half way through the update it froze on 'e' I've tried safe mode, taking battery out and waiting but nothing seems to work... HELP? <3
