Blackberry 9360 - SOS

My Blackberry 9360 is stuck on SOS. The only place where I can get a signal is at work outside by the smoking shelter, I can not get a signal ANYWHERE else!

When I do a Mobile Network Diagnostic Test I get "Radio Data Activation - No" and everything else aborts.

In the Blackberry Engineering screen, if i go into the Cell Information menu it says

"3G NS noPDP Idle"

I believe this is why i'm getting no signal

Does anyone know how to fix this??

You receive SOS because your device is attaching to another network to which you are not authorised.

Your options are to burn down your office, quit your job and work somewhere else, or change carriers. :)

No. If there is no Vodafone signal, you can't do anything about it.
