Help i Cant recieve bbm messages from overseas
 

Help i cant receive bbm messages from overseas but i can send them
Im currently in the uk before i came to the uk my blackberry 9900 mobile was working fine.
I tied every thing i can think of ( re installing the bbm application - wiping my data - making a new blackberry ID - changing the sim from O2 to t-mobile and nothing changed also i resent my service book - registered the blackberry like 3 or 4 different times )
I tried every thing 2 times or more but nothing changes

Can somebody help
Plz plz plz help me

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan?

Yes i do have,
a can send bbm messages but i cant recieve them i can recieve and send emails and go on the web

For an example if i changed my dp in my blackberry all of my oversea contacts can see my update. But if they changed their status or dp i cant see their update and nothing changes in their profile

Receive notification when a contact becomes available
Each time that you set BlackBerry Messenger to notify you when a contact becomes available, you receive a notification.
1. On the contact list screen, highlight a contact whose status is set to Busy.
2. Press the key BB> Set Contact Alert > OK.
To turn off the notification, press the key BB> Clear Contact Alert.
