Maximum size video for email?

Hello, I tried to send a video by email today, it is 6mb. I got a message saying it is too big.
Please can you tell me what is the maximum size? Can my video be compressed?

Some carriers have size restrictions for BIS users. Make a call to them and ask. Generally 2 meg but it varies a lot.
