Default PDF attachments won't open

Please Login to Remove!
We recently upgraded to BES 5 SP4 from SP2. After the upgrade some of our users are no longer able to open PDF attachments from their email on their BB's. error message is

"This attachment type cannot be viewed on your device."

anyone else have had this issue?
