Exclamation Return button not functioning after software reload

Hello
i have a blackberry 9860 torch, the software crashed gave me a error 102 message. I wiped the phone with Ji_cmder and loaded a new software version 7.01 but now my buttons on the phone are not functioning, any ideas please.

This may be one of the known issues. You can try loading an older version of the OS.
