Open the browser. Open the menu. Select options. There is a setting to accept cookies. See if it is checked. If not, check it and then save your way out of options. Test.
If the accept cookies option is checked, then there is something else going on, and the first thing I would try in that case is to clear cookies, do a hard reset, and test.
