Hello everyone

I'm facing a problem with my Bold 9700 :(

I got some errors ( Uncaught Exception 8>=8 ) ..

I tried a hard reset but i get the same screen when the phone load ..
The same thing happen when I access the safe mode ..

I read a lot about this issue and some of them sugested that I should reinstall the OS ..

However, I dont have a new backup file ..

and if i re-installed the OS .. what will i lose exatly ( will I lose my contact list? picture? )

:( i got a VERY VERY VERY important files ..

please Help!

Without a backup you will lose all of your data (e-mail, texts, BBMs, contacts, calendar, etc). All of your data.

And if you had VERY VERY VERY important files on it, you should have been backing it up, right?

With a 523, you have to wipe it out and reload the OS and applications.

I have an old backup :(

If i wiped my device and my BBM contacts were lost .. would they recieve a "Re-invite" so that they can invite me again?

Depends, but you will be able to request they re add you.
