Angry Unable to connect my bb to pc

Hi,
My bb had crashed a few weeks back..after which it was restored by the customer care centre..but since then im unable to connect my bb to my pc as a usb drive..which was happening earlier..cos of which im unable to transfer the files..please help asap..

Did you check the sticky at the top of the BB Help section? Start with that.

Desktop Manager will not connect/detect my BB
