No audio on 9360
 

Hello,

The audio on my BlackBerry 9360 keeps playing up. I will be on the phone when suddenly I won't be able to hear the other person talking. I hang up but when I try to ring them back I can't hear the calling tone or the person talking and they can't hear me either.

When I get someone to ring me the same happens but also my ringtone won't work neither will any other notification sound nor any music stored on my phone or online I just get an error message

The only way to solve the issue is by turning off my phone but then the same thing will happen again on the next phone call I make very frustrating

I would appreciate any help anyone could give me :smile:

Has the device ever been dropped? Exposed to moisture? How long have you had it?

No it hasn't been exposed to any moisture or dropped and it's only 3 months old. :(
