Deleted Appointments

I went to put an appointment into my calendar and all my appointments are gone. Is there a way to get them back?

I had a classroom management app running. It was there in the morning because I checked my schedule for the day. Later that afternoon it was all gone except for my facebook invites and birthdays. Oh well.
