Please don't double post.

You need to give more details in order for people to help you.

What device? What contacts? What does Facebook have to do with it?

Have you done a backup to a computer using the BlackBerry Desktop Software?

Have you tried Google Sync?

So is it a BlackBerry? An iPhone? An Android? A satellite phone? A tin can?

Cannot help without help from you.

One more time. (And this is the last time.)

What device model number? (If you don't know, find out.)

What does Facebook have to do with it?

Have you done a backup to a computer using the BlackBerry Desktop Software?

Have you tried Google Sync? (Create a Google account if you don't have one.)

The model is important to know.

You can't replace a fuel filter in a car if all you know is that it's a Honda. In the same way, Facebook works differently on various BlackBerry models. You need to provide more information.
