i have a virus that disables me from opening any data on the device memory, all folders are shown as shortcuts.
If there is a solution that I could recover data?

There are no known and/or reported BB viruses.

What did you do tot he device just before this happened - dropped it, got it wet, installed an app, etc.?

Have you tried a battery pull? With the device on, remove the battery for 30-60 seconds, replace it and let it reboot.

If you don't have a backup, then it is probably too late to make one now.

Did you connect it to a PC as mass storage?
